I’m confident that you’ll love the Trekker’s Friend. If you change your mind, please notify me through the contact page within 30 days of delivery to explain, and then return it to me. I’ll refund the purchase price and cover all shipping costs.

If any part breaks within 90 days of delivery under normal use as described on the Trekker’s Friend website (i.e. with a backpack weighing up to 25 kg on reasonably smooth surfaces, following the directions on how to use and maintain it here), please contact me through the get in contact page to explain the issue. I’ll then send you a replacement part at no cost.

If any part is lost or damaged during shipping, or if it differs from what is pictured and described on the website, please let me know through the contact page to explain the issue. I’ll then send you a replacement part at no cost.
